The account comes from a local merchant staying late at the Olde Towne Mall in Janesville, Wisconsin to finish some work.

He heard the back door of his unit shaking uncontrollably. He went to investigate.

Then the same thing happened at the front doors.

Those doors are glass, and that is the detail the whole account rests on. He watched them shake while looking straight through them at an empty space where somebody would have had to be standing.
