The Vogue was built in 1935 on Hollywood Boulevard and opened the following year as an eight hundred seat cinema.

Since August 1997 nine separate presences have been catalogued in it: six children, an adult woman and two adult men. They are described as unusually active and as responding to people.

One is identified as Fritz, who worked as a projectionist at the theatre.

A word of caution belongs here. The Vogue was for years the base of a paranormal research group who ran investigations in it commercially, and a great deal of the detail, including the count of nine and the individual identities, comes from that work rather than from independent witnesses. Catalogues assembled by people selling access to a building should be read accordingly.

The building itself is genuine Hollywood, from the year the boulevard was at its height, and has since been used for other purposes.
