Some people cannot bring themselves to enter the amphitheatre at all.

What makes this entry unusual is that it is interactive and escalating. It responds to being ignored. Nothing else in this archive negotiates.

The columns themselves have a history. They are the last remains of the university's original downtown building, saved when it was demolished and re erected here in the 1910s, so the stones are older than everything around them and stood somewhere else entirely.
