Drive Elizaville Road in Boone County, Indiana in the small hours, between about one and half past three, and you are likely to see him.

He is around seven feet tall and people describe him as a towering shadow rather than as a person.

He is reported in the fields, around the churches, and in the cemeteries, including the one locally called Browns Wonder.

Why he moves between those particular places is not something anybody claims to know.
