The second is stranger. Witnesses describe something that looks like a fish, or a mermaid.
Tributes to her are left on one of the bridges, which is the detail that lifts this entry. Somebody, or a succession of somebodies, has been going to that bridge and leaving things.
Westville sits where Big Timber Creek meets the Delaware, and the whole town is built around water.
