The building at Fargo, North Dakota went up in 1951 as the town's Catholic high school, and the accounts from it are few and plainly told.

A teacher working late one night heard footsteps in the corridor. She looked out and there was nobody there.

In the gymnasium, an electrician was working on an air conditioning unit set under the bleachers when something happened that he reported afterwards.

A tradesman working alone in a school gym in the evening is a good witness for the same reason a police officer is. He was not there for the story, he had no connection to the building, and he had nothing to gain by mentioning it.

The building has since served other purposes as the school moved on.
