Doors opened and closed, lights went on and off, and employees took phone calls in which somebody told them exactly where they were and what they were doing. The calls could not be traced.

They came through on a line that was unplugged.

That is the most specific and most testable claim in this whole archive. A telephone that rings while disconnected is either a fault somebody could find or it is not, and the people receiving the calls were staff of a city office with a switchboard and a maintenance department.

An update filed in April 2008 records that the building has been demolished and the site is now a car park.

There is nothing there to visit.
