At Sveagatan 2 hangs a mysterious plaque claiming the house is haunted by the American astronomer Arthur Lowell. The plaque has been there so long that it is now considered part of the house's history.

Facts: In reality the plaque was part of a temporary art project by the artist Liljenberg, but it was left in place and has created a modern urban legend. The house is a beautiful Art Nouveau building from 1903.
